Quezon City, Philippines | Posted on 08/29/2023 • Supervision of assigned shifts and reports all employee issues and concerns to the Cage Management • Ensures equipment needed for operations is available, clean, and functioning properly • Provide direct supervision of all Cage Cashiers, checking and confirming Cage transactions with care and precaution • Performs program settlement for Premium Player and Junket • Responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of shift-end inventory counts/reports for the Front Window, Chipbank and • Provided upkeeping of ticket redemption kiosk throughout Casino floor, replenishment and troubleshooting and to ensure service arrangements are made when necessary • Provide key support to Cage Management with shift break time and team’s extended hours • Encourage positive attitudes within the department, ensuring excellent guest services to every customer we connect both internally and externally. • Perform all Cage duties as required, i.e. reporting and enforcing anti-money laundering policies and policies and assisting in completing Suspicious Transaction Report where applicable

Requirements

• Must have relevant 1-2 years of Casino Cage Supervisory experience • Experience in handling cash and foreign exchange currencies preferred • Able to operate electronic cashier equipment (e.g., note counters, • Must be computer literate, preferably proficient with Microsoft Office applications • Must be able to approach challenging situations in a professional manner in accordance with the Company’s core values • Must be able to work flexible shifts and days, including weekends and holidays; extended hours and irregular shifts may be required • Minimum requirement of at least achieved High School education or equivalent • Must be able to lift, push or pull up materials or equipment up to 30kg at times #J-18808-Ljbffr
