HR Supervisor

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) BS in Psychology or Human Resource graduate from a reputable University/College.

• with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledgeable in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Certification or training in HR or related field is a plus.
• Experience in office admin: Facilities (requirements, set-up, building, cleanliness, repair & maintenance and cleaning contracts.
• Agency relations: Outsourcing works, contracts and DOLE compliances and CSR.
• Must have an experience in accounts servicing (payroll/benefits/employee discipline)
