VCC Link, Inc. was established in January 2004, and was incorporated to primarily offer contact center solutions to offshore companies to address call center needs: systems and procedure development and set up, supply of quality manpower, provide sales and customer service training. The Role JOB SCOPE OVERVIEW: - Some of the Duties and R esponsibilities may include BUT is not limited to:
- Team Leadership: Manage an IT support operations team to resolve technical issues.
- Process Improvement: Optimize operations for efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Graduate of BS IT or other related field with People Management/Leadership Role work experience.
- Work Experiences of: at least 5+yrs. in IT and Ops OR minimum of 2+yrs in IT Support Operations Setting.
- Experiences in: Team Documentation (Operational Mgmt., SLA, SOP, etc.), Team Ops, ServiceNow, Team Operations, and Reporting.
- Expertise in Advanced Hardware Trouble Shooting and Resolution (e.g. Laptop, Desktop, etc.), knowledge in Advance Excel and ITIL.
- Up to PHP 90K
- Hybrid (2 to 3x Onsite/Week, Quezon City) OR Hybrid (Taguig) Shifting Schedule
