Role overview As Growth Marketing Specialist at Calo you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success. You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals to scale conversions. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention, loyalty of customers, and drive engagement. You'll work together with our marketers and designers to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Calo can enter the next stage of growth. Main Responsibilities
- Create and execute a strong growth marketing strategy and execution plan
- Develop and manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
- Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels
- Take charge of building and managing CRM software while leveraging the platform to create targeted and personalized campaigns, monitor customer behavior, and predict trends
- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Identify threats and opportunity gaps to be addressed
- Launch or enhance referral marketing programs
- Work closely within the growth team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Coordinate across SEO, digital marketing, social media, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams’ initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C company
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experienced with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, push notifications, media buying platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat) and/or display advertising campaigns
- Has managed a significant marketing budget per year and deployed that through online presence
- Strong ability to work well across a variety of teams to solve complex problems, and have done so at a fast-growing technology company
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology, such as Clevertap, Braze, MoEngage, Amplitude, Netcore, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or similar software
- Deftness in using analytical and database tools, such as Advanced Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data interpretation skills with a working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert
- Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels
- Skilled in experimentation
