Manager Strategy and Transformation

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to define, drive and execute the bank strategy
• Responsible for tracking digital transformation initiatives on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Support Head of Strategy for any strategic presentations needed for the board
• Research about latest banking trends locally and globally that can be implemented by MMBL
• Strong collaboration with Business, Digital, Technology, HR and other internal teams on strategic initiatives
• Prepare, develop, manage and refine qualitative + quantitative dashboards/trackers, to meet the needs of the Management and Stakeholders, in order to create visibility and support effective decision making.
• Maintain regular sync with internal stakeholders, to track agreed milestones, success criteria & targets. Take timely actions and support from stakeholders, as a strong partner manager. Establish & deliver mechanisms for tracking project progress & report to stakeholders via a formal communications plan.
• Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams in Finance/Strategy, Product, Compliance & Technology, etc. to ensure that strategy, business value is well aligned.
• Develop, conduct and deliver market sizing, segment, customer and product assessments during the year.
• Prepare research-based data for knowledge sharing and strategic insight sharing sessions and inputs with senior management.
• Act as a main point of contact for liaising with head office & regional teams, key project delivery stakeholders to facilitate active contribution and effective implementation of projects.
• Assist the management to document project plans and status updates for building a platform of core expertise, including preparation of regular dashboards and other MIS
• Responsible for on-boarding strategic partnerships for diversity & inclusion, climate action
• For delivering partnerships scope, candidate should be responsible for timelines, responsibility matrix is in place to achieve maximizing targets.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, from a reputable institution, however MBA/Post-Graduate will be preferable.
• Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience of working in microfinance industry.
