As our Head of Content, you will have the exciting responsibility of leading the Content Strategy predominantly for B2B but also B2C around multiple verticals such as VPN, Password Protector, Encryption, Social Cyber Security and other exciting products. You will be a key member of the Growth & Marketing team and collaborate across all levels and departments within the organization. This position will play a very important role in scaling the company and solving complex problems in the life cycle of PureSquare’s Product Portfolio. You will play a significant role in scaling up content teams fast, building high caliber talent and blending them with amazing learnings and growth culture. This is a senior role with a mix of managerial, strategic, hands-on technical skills. You will command an experienced and strong set or content specialists and teams to generate and experiment ideas, scale and automate the successful content strategies to unlock Product led growth throughout all verticals we have built or will build. In this role we need someone with a very clear and generous passion for storytelling, a deep grasp of digital product marketing, GTM content strategies and an innate ability to drive brand narratives. You should possess an extensive understanding of social media, the subtleties of content production, and an adeptness at doing more with less. What you will be doing:
  • Strategy Development: Craft and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and manage a dynamic content team, ensuring they are set up for success and growth within the organization.
  • Content Production: Understand and navigate the nuances of producing high-quality content, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and maximizing output for the following teams:
  • B2B Marketing, PureDome, White Label Products, OEM solutions, Mobile Marketing
  • PurePrivacy Products and B2C PureVPN Product and Partner Marketing GTM
  • Social Media Mastery: Deepen our brand's presence and engagement across all relevant social media platforms; remain updated with the latest trends, ensuring our content strategies are always ahead of the curve.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance analytics, providing actionable insights and refining the content strategy accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments (e.g. sales, product, customer service) to ensure content strategy aligns with overall company goals and customer needs.
What you need for this role:
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience senior content marketing role, with a proven track record of driving growth through content strategies.
  • Have a degree from an accredited university.
  • Solid track record of experience(s) working in a role at a tech company (preferably mobile internet, B2C or SaaS industry) is a must.
  • Proven experience in content production, understanding how to efficiently produce high-quality content with limited resources.
  • Demonstrated deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of growing high-performing teams.
  • Founding / Working in a startup is a big plus.
  • Deep love for tackling challenges, automating, and scaling processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
