Ruby on Rails Developer for IT company in Surat (Gujarat)

Responsibilities and Duties: • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable RUBY CODE ( Ruby 2.1.2, Rails 4.1.6)• Communication with Web API and Postgres SQL Database, MySQL • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and advise solutions for those problems. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications: • Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries will be an advantage. • Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. • Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful.TDD, BDD, Rspec • A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby Code. • Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system. • Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests. • Proficient understanding of Code versioning tools ( Git)• Familiarity with development aiding tools.
