Aircraft Leasing SVP Technical My client is a Private Equity firm which has a requirement for an SVP Technical. This is a unique opportunity that will suit a person with an entrepreneurial outlook. Responsibilities;

• Support company activities globally, to advise on all technical and asset management-related matters
• Project manage aircraft redeliveries
• Prepare and analyse aircraft and/or engine specifications for acquisition, lease transition, and sale
• Support aircraft acquisitions and disposal deals
• Project manage external consultants

Experience;

• More than 15 years’ experience within the aviation/leasing industry
• Experienced in leading complex delivery and redelivery projects
• Ability to manage technical projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationships and broad experience working with key suppliers such as Boeing, Airbus, GE, PW, RR Safran, etc. on technical specifications, BFE procurement, engine selection, Total Care packages, and Warranties
• Understanding of the general risks associated with aircraft leasing
• Understanding of aircraft certification requirements and regulations
• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance programs, modifications, reconfiguration work, and aircraft technical records.
• Extensive experience operating at a senior technical level in a leasing company
