As a BDR, their primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential customers, engaging them through various channels to generate leads and contribute to the growth of the company. The BDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handover and facilitate the sales process. Position: Business Development Representative Position Status: Full Time Rate of Pay: $25.00/hr. + Up to 12% incentives (English) Objectives: Lead Generation: The BDR will proactively seek out potential customers through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other innovative techniques, with the aim of generating qualified leads for the sales team. Lead Qualification: The BDR will engage with leads to assess their needs, challenges, and buying intent, determining their suitability for further sales engagement based on established criteria. Appointment Setting: The BDR will schedule appointments, product demos, or calls for qualified leads with the appropriate members of the sales team, ensuring smooth and timely follow-up. Deliverables: Lead Lists and Reports: The BDR will compile lists of potential customers and provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes. Qualified Leads: The BDR will deliver a predetermined number of qualified leads to the sales team within specified timeframes. CRM Updates: The BDR will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and progress within the CRM system. Collaboration and Communication: NTT BPO will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategies. They will actively participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback on market trends and customer needs. Performance Review: The BDR's performance will be periodically reviewed based on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of qualified leads generated, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and overall contribution to the sales pipeline.
