As part of the Customer Sales and Support Center within the Grundfos Water division, this position as APAC Front Line Manager & Manila Site Leader will be responsible for the performance of the department or a team through task guidance, direction setting & motivation of the workforce. Ensure the implementation of hub setup and ensure the process transitions are efficiently monitored and meet Go-Live targets. This role will be based in our office in Ortigas, Pasig City, and with the flexibility to work from home at least 2x in a week. Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain their end-to-end aligned processes across the organization/processes within their area, ensuring that they are standard, efficient, effective, and aligned with the COEs and company's goals and procedures.
  • Assess current processes identify improvement opportunities and implement plans to achieve improvement.
  • Assist team with prioritizing and handling inquiries & to evaluate Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and training material as needed.
  • Work with employees to implement goals monitor staff performance and take appropriate action to improve performance as needed.
  • Develop and monitor important metric dashboards and other reports/controls for all shared services functions and resolve deviations as needed to ensure data quality
  • Partner with their respective Project Manager & Regional CSSC and sales leaders to advise, guide, and support the process design experience, creating and owning a clear roadmap for their functions
  • Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders to ensure process improvements are aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvement, using automation and innovation initiatives that ensure global alignment, efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency across the organization
  • Ensure that process-related risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated appropriately
  • Provide leadership and guidance on process and technology within their respective areas to business owners across the organization
  • Be the local site leader for the Manila team to ensure wider team coherence and alignment with local policies.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Must have at least 10+ years of full-time, Managed or experienced in handling very high functional knowledge
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to understand business requirements and translate them into process and technology design solution
  • Comprehensive ‘process’ thinking that connects the dots through its functional silos.
  • Curious, self-driving, inspirational, business-oriented, and costs conscious
  • Ability to influence performance through others
  • Good English communications skills both written and verbal
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges.
