Job Description:
- Oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, payroll, employee records, and other HR-related matters.
- Administer HR policies, employee training, and programs that support development towards achieving department and company objectives.
- Develop and implement standard procedures in HR-related functions.
- Identify process gaps and provide solutions
- Provide solutions on complaints and inquiries
- Training staff on HR policies, practices & procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business or HR.
- 3+ years related experience leading a team, preferably in HR Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
