HR Supervisor

Job Description:

• Oversee various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, payroll, employee records, and other HR-related matters.
• Administer HR policies, employee training, and programs that support development towards achieving department and company objectives.
• Develop and implement standard procedures in HR-related functions. 
• Identify process gaps and provide solutions
• Provide solutions on complaints and inquiries
• Training staff on HR policies, practices & procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Business or HR.
• 3+ years related experience leading a team, preferably in HR Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
