Job details
- Develop the investment strategy for investing in private markets and real assets including deployment plans. Cover PE/VC, Real estate and Infrastructure
- Responsible for deal sourcing, fund due diligence and help implement investments in the portfolio, across all private markets (excluding private credit)
- Assist with the fund underwriting, managing and monitoring of fund investments and the preparation of investment committee and portfolio reports appropriate to the portfolio transactions
- Research new investment ideas and concepts through market information which will support the investment decision making process
- Analysis of financial models to support investment underwriting and analysis of specific portfolios to determine future cash flow for the fund's assets
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders including tax, investment, legal, operational due diligence and compliance
- Co-ordination of external advisors including investment banks, General Partners (GPs), external counsel and technical advisors
- Initiate and build relationships across advisory network and with investment professional peers
- Develop sourcing network for co-investment opportunities and work closely with other Internal Divisions
