We are recruiting for a Chief Commercial Officer to join our team. The Chief Commercial Officer is responsible for delivering revenue targets as set in the business plan, for client relationships, new client acquisition and for articulating the voice of the customer within the organization. In order to deliver revenue and client targets, the Chief Commercial Officer will significantly shape and drive pricing, new product development, marketing and the development of new distribution channels. The Chief Commercial Officer will also take responsibility for developing and implementing an execution plan to ensure delivery of commercial aspects of the strategy, including new market entry. The role holder is responsible for ensuring alignment with evolving market demand, identifying opportunities and underpinning the future growth and success of the organization. In part, this will involve personal engagement with a network of external stakeholders including key clients. Education/Certifications: Experience:

  • 20+ years of experience in cards/retail/financial services of which significant experience leading the sales and marketing functions
  • Successful track record in commercial development within the cards industry
  • 10+ years at a leadership level and solid results in building and strengthening businesses in the cards domain across various geographies and executing successful marketing and sales strategies
  • Proven track record of driving results achieving revenue growth within the acquiring and processing space

  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Proven influencing, relationship building and communication skills with senior stakeholder management
  • Change agent with astute business acumen and focus on leading teams focused on client delivery and execution
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to be assertive
  • Excellent client relationship skills and ability to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Ability to present good professional image
