Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team at SINCLUS, a leading staffing services provider. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the company. The ideal candidate has more than 10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and is familiar with the operations of the Staffing Services industry. Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Chartered Accountant qualification
  • More than 10 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations
  • Experience in the Private Banking Investment industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the company's management
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
  • Manage the financial aspects of contracts and projects
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
  • Coordinate and communicate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
