Creative Designer (Head Office)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Designer to help make beautiful products, visual materials and advertising for the SM Malls Online. The successful candidate should be strong communicators who think creatively, detail oriented and has knack for meeting deadlines. Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment, with collaboration as the centerpiece of how we do things. The Creative Designer takes a customer-centric approach to creating marketing and advertising materials that are ultimately effective at their goal

Requirement

• Lead artwork conceptualization and design. Presenting concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations to teammates, stakeholders and customers.
• Produce outstanding design materials with an eye to integrate brand design and ad visuals to produce outstanding, eye-catching and ultimately communication-effective digital and print/offline materials.
• Supports management team to oversee design, particularly in marketing and advertising materials, as well as products (UX/UI). Includes oversight over process and development process

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience is required; degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic or creative design
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred, though not required
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Planning and organizational skills with proven ability to lead delivery of complex project milestones and manage competing demands
• Understands current trends but also future-oriented
