Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Assist in monitoring, documentation, coordination and management of new and existing engagements with CSOs, Regional and National Government Agencies, inter-agency convergence; 2. Ensures that the technical support needs of partnership activities are met, particularly completed technical staff work; 3. Evaluates and analyzes partnership data and contribute to identifying trends and strategies for action; 4. Prepare and submits communication and reports; 5. Report through official communication the status and specially partnership-critical updates, developments and activities; 6. Communicates and collaborates with internal and external units, offices and stakeholders on issues for coordination and action; 7. Manage and updates database of agreements and follow through actions, directory of stakeholders/ partners; 8. Prepares communications addressed to field offices, other units within the department and external parties; 9. Represents the division in meetings, workshops, conferences and other activities when applicable; and 10. Performs other tasks assigned by the Division Head. Job Outputs: 1.
