We are currently looking for a Sales Director to build new client relationships in Auckland as part of our APAC sales division, working alongside the global team. We are looking for a new Sales Director who ideally has prior success in selling consulting services and custom digital solutions to C-Suite executives of enterprise organisations. You will be joining a Sales division of 24 talented individuals working across Singapore, New Zealand, Sydney and the United States. This role will specifically focus on the New Zealand region and ideally you will come with a deep knowledge of the local market and experience selling and networking within NZ. YOUR NEW JOB

  • You will be responsible for building your own client portfolio through presenting new strategies and innovative ideas to C-Level Execs and Senior Leaders of enterprise organisations
  • You will focus on all aspects of client growth, relationship development, financial integrity, and quality delivery and execution of all engagements that drive new growth and strong relationships
  • Utilise your networks to hunt new business for Stellar Elements and to continue our global expansion
  • Identify new business opportunities through new and existing client engagements
  • Develop and drive growth and account plans, processes and strategies
WHAT YOU KNOW
  • You are a Senior Sales Director with a successful record of selling multi- million dollar technology solutions to Senior Leaders of enterprise organisations
  • You know how to “hunt” for new business and have a demonstrated history of single- handedly acquiring new logos
  • You have repeatedly built new relationships with enterprise clients across a variety of industries and converted in to long- term profitable client engagements
  • You understand how to deliver technology programmes and products including enterprise software development solutions and digital transformations
  • You are an expert in presenting to and working with C-level client contacts
  • A deep understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing strategy and up-to- date tools and tactics
  • Unparalleled client relationship skills and business acumen - you are able to earn Trusted Advisor status with all clients
