Account cum Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

• Perform general accounting such as invoicing and data entry.
• Handle a full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely manner
• Maintain files and records for asset and statutory related documents.
• Manage year end reports for audit & tax schedule/computation.
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks including payroll and HR related tasks 
• Daily follow up and reply to customers' inquiries on WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by superior.

  Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant qualifications
• Experience: Preferable with min 1 year experience in administrative or related
• Self-motivated, disciplined, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented person. 
• Conscious of timelines and deadlines 
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Bukku Accounting software

 

• Job Type : Full Time permanent 
• Schedule : Monday to Friday Sat half-day 
• Ability to commute to Setia Alam
• Possess own transport
