Job description: Executive in Media Research department is responsible for overseeing Media reports and ensuring the team deliver timely and high-quality completion of all deliverables and tasks. The Executive will advise on new and incoming report inquiries, assess its feasibility and additionally involve in evaluating team performance and providing support as and when required. Responsibilities: · Oversee daily and weekly media reports to ensure the report meet quality standards and are completed within set deadlines. · Supervise and provide guidance and training to team members. · Assess the feasibility of any incoming report inquiry. · Advice and prepare the first draft of reporting for client’s review and approval. · Perform other job-related duties as assigned by direct manager. Requirements and key skills: · Graduate with Mass Comm/Marketing/Business diploma/degree or its equivalent. · Proven experience in media and social monitoring or related field. · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. · Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. · Ability to assess and provide guidance and training for team members. · Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for media monitoring and reporting. · Experience in qualitative and quantitative reporting. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
