Our Client, a Mid Sized Law Firm based near St Stephen’s Green require a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. This established firm has a long standing group of senior partners and a solid and stable client base. Call Cormac Spencer on 01 845 6312 for more info Responsibilities:
- Advising on the purchase and financing of corporate/commercial property.
- Share Purchase /Shareholders Agreements
- Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
- Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
- Provide property advice to members of the finance team.
- Completing title investigations.
- Reviewing certificates of title.
- 3-4 years PQE.
- Commercial property experience is essential.
- Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
- Outstanding project management and organisation skills.
