Project Manager (m/f/d) in Tuzla, Turkey

As SILENT-YACHTS, we introduced a new era of yachting through our solar-powered luxury catamarans. Our mission is to create an independent and environmentally friendly sailing experience that combines the silent cruising of a sailboat with the luxury of a motor yacht. For this reason we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).   We value your personality and passion: For us, personality and passion are the most important parts of the puzzle. As a Project Manager , you will be working in Tuzla, Turkey together with our international team coming from different paths of life/backgrounds and countries. We believe in kindness, acceptance, support, and hard work. We also believe in having lots of fun!  As a Project Manager your responsibilities are:

• Support and collaboration with Project Managers
• Support of different departments
• Organization and planning of the work
• Inspections on site
• Collaboration with sub-contractors and third parties
• Control of budget and contract fulfillment
• Support during client visits

• Have a Bachelor's or ideally a Master's degree in management engineering
• Have 5+ years of experience in a shipyard
• Verifiable leadership experience and capabilities, with past successful project execution
• Have good knowledge of system integration in marine applications
• Have passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
• Have basic knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, AutoCAD)
• Have the ability to read 2D & 3D production drawings
• Are able to work independently and in a structured manner
• Have organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
• Have a creative problem solving attitude
• Are solution oriented
• Have willingness to travel
• Have “Hands-on” mentality
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
• Have experience with Microsoft Office (MS Teams experience is welcome)
