Job details

  • Perform administrative and support duties to all departments.
  • Assist in the processes related to Governmental issues concerning employees such as issuance of
business visas, visit visas, exit-re-entry visas, renewals of work permits, residency permits, and other formal papers.
  • Assist in fleet management (car registrations, maintenance, traffic fines, motor insurance, etc.).
  • Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact
on the branch.
  • Liaise with the Ministries and other government entities to resolve issues related to obtaining
certificates, company registration certificates, registration with the Chamber of Commerce, etc.
  • Advise HODs on adherence on compliance with governmental laws and regulations.
  • Maintain data integrity on all Rentokil Boecker® systems, forms and reports.
  • Assist in arranging office space and desks distribution.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, trainings, conferences, exhibitions
  • Solve and follow up on office and accommodation's requests and maintenance issues.
  • Maintains records of administrative, purchase, maintenance and repair expenses.
  • Receive purchased items and check quality, quantity and specifications.
  • Sustain proper inventory levels of office supplies.
  • Handle and follow up on claims to suppliers for defective items, shortage, or missing parts.
  • Forecast requirements and order products to meet office demands.
  • Handle an effective physical and electronic archiving and filing system.
  • Maintain Rentokil Boecker® professional image and appearance on campus.
