- Bachelor/Master's degree with a focus on business, economy, industrial/management engineering, or related fields,
- Min 10 years prior experience in a similar role,
- Advanced presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders,
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously,
- Strong structural/analytic mindset and comfortable managing multiple deliverables with multiple inputs, often with high-impact, time-sensitive requirements,
- Excellent skills in MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint and Word),
- Fluent in English, verbal and written; German is a plus.
- Owner and the decision-maker of the product,
- P/L, ROI and turnover& quantity responsibility,
- Defining SR and LR product vision,
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses in order to identify portfolio white spots and opportunities,
- Constructing pricing strategy,
- Creating action plans in order to improve sales of the product range,
- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product, (Internal: Production, R&R, operation, marketing, HR in Turkey, region, global. External: Partnerships),
- Constructing go-to-market strategy,
- Defining where to play and how to win strategy with the perspective of business development opportunities,
- Defining the needs and expectations of Knauf’s target audiences (end-user, dealers, etc),
- Constructing new launch assessment and preparation, all necessary documentation and trainings,
- Constructing the annual calendar and evaluation of product trainings internally and externally. Also supporting training of trainer projects at Knauf Turkey sales and marketing departments.
