Job Title: Telemarketer (Full Time) Company: Coway Sector: Healthcare / Careworkers, Sales & Business Development Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours shift Work Location: Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketer to join our team at Coway, a leading healthcare company in Malaysia. The Telemarketer will play a key role in promoting and selling our products and services through outbound calls to potential customers. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote Coway's healthcare products and services. 2. Build and maintain a strong customer database through effective lead generation activities. 3. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs, provide detailed product information, and answer their queries. 4. Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to effectively close sales and achieve monthly targets. 5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the sales database. 7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales campaigns. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position Coway's products in the market. 9. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). 10. Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and relationship building. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. 2. Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia. 3. Persuasive and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Knowledge of sales principles and techniques, including effective objection handling and closing techniques. 5. Proficient in using CRM software or sales databases to maintain accurate and detailed customer records. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation. 7. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. 8. Must be able to work Monday to Friday on an 8-hour shift schedule. Work Environment: As a Telemarketer at Coway, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment. Your primary work location will be at our office in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia.
