Job Description : - Review and ensure reconciliations are performed on a timely basis and differences are resolved promptly. - Execute daily accounting tasks which included AP, AR, GL etc accordingly on time. - Ensure accounting and other records are maintained in accordance with the company's policies and procedures and statutory requirements. - Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper and easy identification of fixed assets. - Ensure proper cash management for maximum utilization of funds. - To train, develop, provide guidance, and motivate subordinates in all financial activities in the company. - Assist in formulate the annual budget and perform monthly budget and actual analysis for superior. - Attending audits, internal audits, and tax submission. - Assist in tax estimation and planning (quarterly and yearly). - To perform other related job as assigned by Management from time to time. Job Requirements : - Minimum LCCI/ Diploma in Accounting with at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity. - Computer literate and with excellent excel/word/ PowerPoint skills. - Knowledge of AutoCount, SQL or any other accounting software is an added advantage. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with all levels of people. - Organized, meticulous and can work independently with minimum supervision. - Possess the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines. - A team player, proactive, and willing to accept changes for the best interest of the Company Benefits : - Bonus - Sport Work Schedule: This job has the following work schedule: Monday - Friday Office hours 9am - 6pm Benefits & Perks This job has the following benefits: Company equipment This job is located in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
