The Trainer/Learning Consultant role is responsible for the delivery of training to an internal global workforce in Services, Support, and Managed, as well as to partners who implement and support Ceridian customers. This role will teach training programs that address the unique learning needs of each audience for onboarding and ongoing development. This position operates in a dynamic environment with frequent introductions of new product and country-specific functionality and processes. What you'll get to do

  • Deliver classroom and virtual training on Ceridian HCM products, tools and services and country payroll foundations
  • Demonstrate consultative facilitation techniques that motivate learners to problem solve and apply critical thinking skills
  • Apply adult learning techniques in training delivery, presenting in a professional, creative, and engaging manner
  • Adapt training delivery to unique learning needs and styles of diverse audiences
  • Utilize interactive web-delivery tools that promote learner engagement in hands-on training programs
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate level of industry, compliance and technical knowledge with each release
  • Implement standardized curricula, materials and processes
  • Evaluate training feedback and adapt facilitation to meet participant needs
  • Manage multiple training projects, ensuring learning objectives are achieved and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with business SMEs to assist in development of training curriculum for projects, as assigned
  • Manage all aspects of training events, including but not limited to, class scheduling, student enrollments, communication around training events, and updating the LMS
  • Perform other duties as required by the business.

Skills and experience we value
  • 2+ year’s experience implementing or supporting HCM platforms. Certificate or degree in business, education or technology a plus but not required.
  • Experience facilitating classroom training and online training with Zoom or comparable tool
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide context to technical product functionality
  • Ability to clearly communicate to a variety of English speaking audiences and cultures
  • Experience with Dayforce Payroll or other payroll a plus
  • Experience in a consolidated, multi-country payroll environment preferred
  • Ability to learn independently and know when to seek help
  • Excellent organizational, self-management and time management skills
  • Proven ability to learn new applications, processes and technologies quickly
  • Able to speak more than one language desired but not required
  • Adaptable and creative with organizational change and initiatives
