Lead Test Development Operations (TDO) resources in providing value added test and measurement services for ADI new products and test efficiency initiatives. He/She will be responsible in ensuring efficient and safe operations of TDO base of operations. He/she will manage technicians and engineering aides in executing request for TDO customer and should be able to manage priorities and conflict on development equipment and resources. He/She is expected to conceive. lead and execute continuous improvement projects and programs towards TDO cost effectivity and improved customer experience of ADI test and measurement teams and stakeholders. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
