Analyst, Quality Assurance - Regional Cash, Institutional Banking Group Operations, Technology & Operations

Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

• Be a core Quality Assurance Associate for Cash management products like Payments, Receivables, Liquidity Management and Client Access Channels.
• Liaise with stakeholders e.g T&O teams across locations to understand requirements and solution
• Create test strategies (for programs) and plans (Manual, automation, performance etc.)
• Liaise with T&O to ensure UAT environment readiness
• Perform end to end UAT i.e. Plan UAT, document test scenarios, document and execute test cases
• Establish a communication schedule to update sponsors, stakeholders, etc. on the progress of the testing.
• Accurate testing results verification & logging, and correct defect classification as per defined standard
• Communicate with technical and non-technical resources and work with limited direction while being highly productive
• Monitor, track and report testing progress simultaneously keeping project stakeholders informed of test progress, risks and issues
• Drive consistency and standardization in test planning, test cases definition and execution and test management and reporting
• Open to work on Saturday or Sunday occasionally

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3-4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ UAT tester
• 1-2 years of experience as a Test Lead to deliver key projects
• Testing and Agile methodologies certification preferred
• Have experience in testing concepts including Agile testing, functional testing
• Experience in creating and executing test cases, logging and tracking defects, status reporting using Confluence, Jira systems.
• Sound understanding of testing frameworks like SmartUI, Behavioral driven frameworks (BDD using cucumber or jbehave etc.)
• UAT experience in cash management products particularly payments is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Self-motivated, organized, proactive, results driven and a committed team player
• Be open to work on Saturday or Sunday occasionally
