Business Developer - Freelancer in Lagos (Nigeria)

Techbytech is an innovative player in the HR Tech field. We are integrators, editors, and incubators specialized in recruitment and human resources. Our mission is to make recruitment and business engineering accessible to everyone by creating a unique concept around network recruitment. We are actively seeking independent business developers/business engineers, either full-time or part-time, to join our existing networks or lead their own network. You will benefit from personalized support, role-play sessions, daily and weekly workshops, as well as our Techbytech Factory training program to successfully carry out your activities. We provide you with all the necessary tools to accomplish your tasks:

• CRM/ATS (Customer Relationship Management/Application Tracking System) 

• Mailing tools 

• LinkedIn 

• Google Workspace environment 

Your missions will include :

• Managing projects in the Tech and digital field, as well as in other sectors 

• Developing your client network 

• Prospecting and retaining clients 

• Qualifying positions to be filled 

• Finalizing recruitment processes in close collaboration with our Talent Coach. 

Work location: Lagos (Nigeria)  Freelance or employee under wage portage Remuneration: Fees based on results, flat rates, or daily rates for freelance missions. You have a good sales temperament, regardless of your experience. Your desire and execution capability will make the difference, and we will provide you with the rest.
