We offer a complete recruitment solution including Permanent, Contract and Temporary Indian & Expat personnel across the oil and gas, energy, petrochemical, mining, infrastructure, power, and water sectors around the Globe.- Under minimal supervision, coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, and assemblies.
- Establishes and communicates completion dates for deliverables.
- Verifies accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintains related records.
- Arranges for distribution of materials upon arrival.
- Visually inspects shipments for damage before distribution.
- Works to meet schedules and support requirements to meet customer satisfaction.
- Resolves most questions, and problems, and refers more complex issues to a higher level of support.
- May assist in orientating and training lower-level employees.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent and 4 years of directly related work experience
- Must be Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs, walk at a measured pace for sustained periods, stand, sit and kneel repetitively.
- Good written and verbal communications skills with customers, team members, and team leaders.
- Ability to work independently, implement basic to semi-complex verbal instructions, and follow approved workflow processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, respond to ad hoc requests, and support staff and customers.
