It's never been such an exciting time to join the Unilever team.Key ResponsibilitiesTracking Strategic Pricing Index across Arabia countriesSupporting on change management in key projects (ie. TTS & Promo Management Project, Salesforce, DSR app and Showpad implementation)Supporting on designing and tracking the local projects to drive reach and penetrationCD team quarter targets setting and calculationsRegular review of PowerBI reports and doing analysis to define the white spaces, opportunities and creating plans accordinglyPreparation of key performance meetingsKey SkillsStrong analytical skills and good applied math skills (statistics, algebra), such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.Experience in using PowerBI, strong MS Office Excel & PowerPoint skillsAbility to think out of the boxStrong & influential communication skillsTeamwork & collaboration skillsFluent in EnglishThe Profile We're Looking For:High end-to-end sense of ownershipEnergetic, determined and persistent when faced with challenge and constraintProactive, inquisitive and creative in approach to workStrong analytical mindset and communication skillsHands-on mentality: easily finds solutions to problemsInnovative/Change mind-set: likes to do things differently and thinks out of the boxPositive attitude and strong work ethicUnilever is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
