Black Pearl, a well-known specialist recruitment agency headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is growing its resourcing team. We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in recruiting for roles within banking, financial services, investment and auditing sectors. Reporting to the Head of Practice, the job holder will work 8 hours per day for five days a week (and on occasional work more than the prescribed time due to the requirements of our clients). The ultimate purpose of this role is to service clients in finding the suitable candidates they need. Using various tools and channels and employing different recruitment methodologies, the job holder must make sure the right candidate is submitted to the client within the agreed service level of agreement.Other responsibilities will include but n not limited to:reviewing job descriptions of the various positions submitted by the clientsposting jobs on various channels and think of other avenues to increase candidate attractionassisting the hiring managers in identifying the right candidates for their recruitment needs using various recruitment methodologiesproviding the business with insightful reports to help better understand the position of the company in attracting future talentsconducting regular salary bench marking activitiesonboarding selected candidates in the hiring processidentifying key positions and talents in the business and creating strategy to ensure business continuityreviewing performance review results on an annual basis and proactively assess future recruitment needs of the businesscollaborate with marketing team to create events and activities to gain more market visibilityRequirementsTo be considered for this role, the successful candidate must meet the following criteria:with a diploma or bachelor degree, having a HR qualificationwould be a plusstrong command of English / knowledge in another language would be a plusmust have a minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, of which 2 years in banking/ financial services/ audit / investment roleshave experience in recruiting for candidates globallywilling to work on remote basiswilling to work independentlyCAN JOIN IMMEDIATELY or have a shorter notice period than one monthCandidates based in recruitment agency or in-house are welcome to apply.
