Description:Job Title: Expert Salon ManagerLocation: Emirates Towers, Dubai, UAECompany: MAGS (Mohammad Agmol Gents Salon)We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Expert Salon Manager to lead our team at MAGS in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the salon, delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of barbers and stylists, and driving sales and revenue growth.Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory, and ensuring the salon is clean and organized.- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients receive a personalized and enjoyable experience at the salon.- Manage and mentor a team of barbers and stylists, providing coaching and training as needed to help them reach their full potential.- Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the salon meets its financial targets.- Ensure that the salon is fully compliant with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, employment law, and licensing requirements.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders in the salon's ecosystem.Requirements:- Proven experience as a salon manager, preferably in a high-end salon environment.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strong business acumen and an ability to drive revenue growth.- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.- In-depth knowledge of the latest grooming trends and techniques.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.Rules:- Strict adherence to all health and safety protocols and regulations.- Zero tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination of any kind.- Professional dress and behavior at all times when on salon premises.- Respect for clients' privacy and confidentiality.If you have what it takes to be our Expert Salon Manager, please submit your resume and cover letter today.
