Design and art direction specialist is needed to create amazing assets for use in all of our marketing communications, including product photography, motion graphics design, package design and illustration as well as layouts and visuals. You'll collaborate with our Creative Directors, Strategists, Project Managers, and Account Teams.In this role, you'll be in constant communication with other members of the Creative, Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Affiliate teams to make sure the brand stays on track and on target.To ensure that the product is as excellent as possible before the samples are made, the designer manages the whole process in a personal and participatory manner.Show no fear of the unknown and a passion for creative discovery. Work on marketing concepts and interactions with Creative Directors on various projects.A clear design point of view and a clear vision for the future, with the courage to pursue forward-thinking design solutions and champion bold ideas.We must protect and enforce our brand guidelines (such as fonts, materials, and color schemes) as we grow and create new services.Involved in developing and expanding a library of graphic assets for use in a range of advertising, marketing, and product-related endeavors.In order to make sure that the creative concept is properly realized, work with the strategy and creative teams, product designers and motion designers, as well as the production team and suppliers together.Skills:When working in any industry, with any consumer, wherever in the world, one must be able to adapt and have the self-confidence to do so (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond).
