The ideal individual will also ensure the many leads for rentals are followed through in a timely manner and work to help prospective renters get into their ideal home.Have a collaborative stance toward agents from various brokerages and build long term relationships.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has been operating as a realtor for at least 2 years, has a brokerage license or is able to obtain their license fairly shortly after hiring.Good communication skills and an optimistic and positive personality are required.
