We're looking for a Licensed Real Estate Broker to act as Broker of Record for one of Canada's most prestigious and highly regarded international real estate brokerage firms.Our client, voted Best Real Estate Brokerage in Canada is seeking a polished and professional Broker of Record to ensure the brokerage and its agents are adhering to all Legal, RECO and MLS rules in addition to providing ongoing support to a high performing team of sales agents.Key responsibilities:Ensure the brokerage and its agents are complying to all MLS and RECO regulations.Signing brokerage financial statements sent to the Registrar.Authorizing trust account transactions and reviewing and signing monthly trust account reconciliations.Reviewing and signing trade record sheetsProvide ongoing and exceptional support to the agents including opening properties and various administrative responsibilities.The successful candidate has:RECO Broker License and fully qualified to act as Broker of Record in Ontario.Exceptional customer service abilities with a track record of supporting high-performing sales teams.5+ years in acting as a Broker of Record.Extensive knowledge and experience in RECO rules and regulations,Must have a Can-Do attitude and ability to thrive in Team environment.High attention to detail, strong time management skills, keen understanding of real estate sales and proactive approach to problem solving.Comfort in fast-paced, team oriented culture and ability to professionally represent the firm in dealing with high net worth international clients.Compensation and benefits:The discussed salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 with bonus.The opportunity to work within an award winning, innovative, international brokerage firm going through a rapid growth stage.Positive work culture and chance to work with a top performing sales team.
