Rich with history and thriving with rejuvenation, Citi Plaza is a great place to visit, work and enjoy.This is a key front-line senior management position reporting to the on-site Senior Property Manager. We are searching for someone who is a self-starter and true salesman, but still enjoys working in a smaller office which fosters a collaborative/team approach. We are looking for a highly motivated Leasing Manager to provide leasing expertise. You will be responsible for participating in the development of the leasing strategy and leading all aspects of tenancy including offers, extensions, renewals, expansions, relocations and assignments.As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Actively prospecting/seeking, building snag lists for new Tenants and business development; reporting leads and progress on a weekly basis.Perform market research, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and maximize rents and to close deals.Build strong relationships with brokers, Downtown BIA, London Economic Development Corporation, London Small Business Centre, Current Tenants, Legal and Property Management to achieve leasing goals and to resolve any tenant conflicts regarding leasing matters.Understands lease language and act as liaison between tenants, outside counsel, brokers to negotiate, prepare and review leases and related documents, amendments, renewals, extensions, licenses, terminations, subleases, lessor consents, right-of-first-offer & right-of-first-refusal notices, cell tower agreements, etc.Ensure that all tours of the property are completed with lease execution top of mind; sell the property and services Citi Plaza London has to offer at each showing. Also, ensure that all prospective tour receives a targeted presentation.Grow network of contacts while gaining exposure to national tenants and representatives.Attend industry functions and participate in industry committees.Prepare the annual leasing budget and provide quarterly updates and presentations to all key stakeholders.To succeed in this role, you should have: College diploma or University Degree Completed brokerage license is considered an asset Possess strong sales and business acumen and demonstrate strong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsConsistent track record and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain strong business relationshipsDemonstrate effective technical skills including financial analysis, presentation skills, and written reporting Leasing Non-residential Real Estate
