What you will be doing in the role of Sales Administrator:Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Inventory management (physical and systematic): Proper labelling, item placement, and cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory at all times.Picking and shipping orders physically, and systematically (IFS / PARCEL / Online Portals)Interface with carriers (both small parcel and LTL) - Scheduling, offloading, and loadingCompleting ad hoc administrative and warehouse tasks, as required to support Winnipeg office operationsWarehouse organization and cleanlinessTaking inventory of and ordering office suppliesAssist with organization of office lunches and eventsAccurately entering and updating data into the business system and customer specific portals, ensuring all items are accounted forReceiving and processing purchase orders and returnsGenerating, updating, and sending order confirmations and status reports, as requiredReviewing vendor order acknowledgements for discrepancies, updating dates and attaching in business systemObtaining, tracking, assembling, and sending documentation as requiredCross-functional work with other Lakeside teamsAssisting with Inbox Management - distributing RFQs, purchase orders and other requests to appropriate team memberKnowledge and skills required for the role:University Degree or College DiplomaOne to Two (1-2) years' of administrative experienceProficiency in MS Office, WindowsWhat we give YOU!Flexible working schedulesA competitive compensation package, with RRSP-matchingComprehensive benefits coverage (medical, dental, vision, EAP & on-demand virtual health care)A culture that promotes healthy work-life balance with above-market paid time offChallenging work and direct exposure to key industries in the Canadian marketA structured training and development program and opportunities for continuous learningOpportunity to participate in an award-winning wellness program!About Us:Lakeside Process Controls Ltd.
