Job DescriptionThe Sr Analyst, eCommerce & Omni Logistics will be responsible for order management from creation to delivery in support of all our ship to home fulfillment channels and returns (ex. eCommerce, Omni, Employee, Shop Live, Affiliate, etc.). This includes monitoring transaction progression, identifying and proactively removing barriers to satisfy our customer commitments.Key Responsibilities:Maintain order to delivery KPI's and effectively communicate service deviations cross functionallyConduct root cause analysis of on time delivery failures, identify opportunities for proactive mitigation and work cross functionally to implementMonitor progression of orders and returns daily towards completion, identify barriers, and make decisions to recover/maintain service levelsInvestigate and resolve returns exceptions, leveraging cross functional support where requiredDrive reduction of returns exceptions through root cause analysis and proactive mitigationReconcile ERP to WMS transactions daily and engage IT for any transmission delaysPrepare regular internal control activities in support of SOX regulationsCreate and distribute daily reporting of demand, units shipped, units delivered, units returned, units aging, system reconciliations, returns exceptions, etc.Provide inputs towards logistics partner demand forecasts where applicableValidate order status and engage 3PL to support cancellation requests where availableContribute to projects and initiativesCreate and maintain SOP documentation to support daily activitiesOther duties as assignedExpected Outcomes:Flawless service delivery with YOY improvementReduction of returns exceptions with YOY improvement, resulting in a reduction of customer calls to Customer Experience and improved NPS ScoresImproved CSAT/NPS, reduced customer frictionFlawless preparation for internal controlsExceptional relationships with internal stakeholdersQualificationsExperience, Education and Designations:Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related analytical field2-4 years of operations experience supporting eCommerce/OmniLogistics / Supply Chain Certification is an assetKnowledge of lean six sigma and continuous improvement principles is an assetFlexible working and travel scheduleKnowledge, Skills and Attributes:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical, organization and problem-solving skillsContinuous improvement and customer centric mindsetGood financial and business awarenessStrong written, verbal skills and presentation skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong knowledge of ERP and WMS systemsProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Working Conditions:Most work will take place at CG headquarters in an office environment Apparel and Fashion
