We're looking for individuals who are driven, client service oriented and ambitious to get to the next step in their career.RequirementsLevel 2 General Insurance LicenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail oriented - high level of accuracyStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAbility to conduct presentations for small and large groupsHolds valid BC Driver's License - travel to client locations requiredCompletion or working towards the CAIB, CIP, FCIP or CRM designationA Day in the LifeMaintain an existing book of businessTake a lead position on the renewal book of businessProvide highest standard of client serviceBe flexible to the needs of each clientRemain up-to-date on all current coverage availableBe proactive in foreseeing and meeting the needs of each clientWork closely with our marketing team to provide renewal termsParticipate in formal account reviews; assisting in account rounding and working diligently to provide value-added services for clientsRecognize and actively pursue new business and cross-sell opportunities with the team and Account ExecutiveAttend and actively participate in industry and company events/meetings and actively build your network (PAMA/REIC/CHOA)Remain up-to-date on current coverages available, industry issues and any legislative changesBe flexible and proactive in meeting the needs of all clientsContinue professional development in order to enhance skills and abilitiesAccount receivable collectionAttendance at AGM's and council meetings from time to timeSupport other team members if back up is needed for client meetingsParticipate in social activities with our property manager clientsWhere This Can Take YouWe invest in our employees!
