Brasswater owns and manages a prolific privately held real estate portfolio which specializes in industrial and commercial assets. It has a reputation as one of the most active buyers of commercial real estate in Quebec, acquiring on average 3+ million sq. ft. of buildings per year. Brasswater is currently looking for a Retail leasing Director to join the team.ResponsibilitiesMaintain working relationships with key brokers in the retail leasing market Rapidly reply to inquiries from brokers and/or prospective tenants Tour vacancies (when required) with tenants and brokers Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close transactionsMaintain documentation relating to transactions and negotiationsAssist with the annual leasing assumptions forecastAttend real estate conferences (when required) representing BrasswaterQualifications5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasingMust have access to a carExcellent communication skills in both languages Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to multitask through the day as priorities change Leasing Real Estate
