They design, produce, and supply products for some of the largest manufactures in the country. As a result of this success, they have tasked Lock Search Group to find their new Office Manager. This role will be the key liaison that manages the administrative processes of the business. As the Office Manager it will be your job to take on several responsibilities and wear 'multiple hats' as it relates to supporting the office, team, executives, and business operations. From order processing through payables and receivables to purchasing, expediting and customer service you will be a key contributor to the business. QUALIFICATIONS:3-5 Years working in a similar role (AP, Administrative or Executive Assistant)Experience with administration of accounts payable and receivable, a background in bookkeeping would be an asset.
