Sales & Customer Service Administrator

Your background and experience will include:At least two years' experience in a customer service and support role.Post-secondary education.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.Experience with CRM and ERP systems would be an asset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.Must be energetic, personable, and confident with phone communication.Highly flexible team player, with solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced and collaborativeWork Hours:Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm (on-site)Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental and insurance plans.
