As a Senior Project Manager for No Joke Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex marketing projects for our clients. People here at NJM find joy in organizing chaos and adding method to the madness.Your specific job duties and responsibilities may include:Project planning: Developing project plans, identifying project milestones, assigning tasks to team members, and creating project timelines.Project execution: Managing project teams, ensuring project progress, and identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise during the project lifecycle.Budget management: Ensuring that projects are completed within budget, managing project expenses, and tracking costs throughout the project lifecycle.Risk management: Identifying potential risks, creating risk management plans, and mitigating risk throughout the project lifecycle.Client management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, communicating project progress and milestones, and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Team leadership: Motivating and leading project teams, providing guidance and support, and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.Quality control: Ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard of quality, reviewing work for accuracy and completeness, and implementing quality control processes as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Demonstrated experience in budget management and risk management.Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.This is a 100% remote and full-time role.
