Job Description :Ensure that the Field Support Representative Team Leader is fully briefed on any faults, limitations, or emergency repairs that occur on the Deployable Systems. Make a judgement on emergency repairs to maintain deployed operational capability. Must have suitable qualifications relevant to the role of Senior Support Technician. Must have a background maintaining and operating deployable communications systems for at least 3 years. Must have experience of outside working practices in a Middle East environment and climate. Must have experience of engineering modern digital networks. Must have experience of managing a Level 1/2 support workshop. Must be capable of managing and issuing instructions and directions to the company's and the client's technician staff as required. Cisco Certified (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent. Relevant Engineering Degree. Background maintaining and operating deployable military communications systems. First Aider at Work or higher qualification. Have knowledge and understanding of the cultural aspects of life in Saudi Arabia. Manufacturing/Engineering/R&D
