A fast-growing company that fosters effective communication among teams is looking to hire a Full-Stack Technical Lead. The engineer will be responsible for managing the building process of the company's product (Chrome extension). The company offers an AI-powered translation assistant that enables teams, freelancers, and individuals to communicate flawlessly with English-speaking colleagues. The selected candidate will work full-time while collaborating with other engineers to deliver a high-quality product. This role requires a time overlap with the Eastern/Pacific time zones.Job Responsibilities:Maintain and manage the building of the Chrome extensionCommunicate with the Heads of Product and ML Engineering to break down Jira tasks for the extensions teamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality productsCoordinate with ML progress and stay on top of deploying extension features on timePlan, design, and execute end-to-end web architectureManage the quality assessment of the applicationCollaboration frequently with the ML and Product teamsJob Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)At least 3-5+ years of relevant experience as a full-stack engineerScrum sprint planning experienceProficient with architect and design production systemsExpertise in React.js, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, AWS, and CI/CDFirm grasp over the design and construction of REST APIsStrong communicator, capability to function without hand-holding and micromanagementGood Spanish speaking skills is a plusExperience building Chrome extension and ML products is nice to haveA knack for UI/UX design is desirable IT
