A US-based company that is providing businesses with data-driven access to world-class marketing freelancers is looking for a Back-End Tech Lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing security and data protection practices. Businesses can hire marketers with extensive in-house experience, substantial strategic capabilities, and exceptional knowledge through the company. This will be a long-term role.Job Responsibilities:Generate reusable code libraries for future use and implementationEvaluate business requirements, advocate best practices and deliver scalable results within the teamImprove the engineering procedures to increase team effectivenessDevelop easily testable, responsive, and detailed stacksJob Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a back-end engineerExtensive experience in Python, GCP, and PostgreSQLNice to have experience in ML and Data EngineeringFluent in verbal and written English IT
