Job Description :CompanyOur client is founded by the Saudi government to bring all communities together and develop all sectors and fields with innovative solutions. The organization generates over $24 million in sales and has over 850 companies and 700 employees. They are currently looking for a Planning Manager - Regions to be based in NEOM, Saudi Arabia.Duties & Responsibilities: Provides direction to NEOM Project Regional PMC organization with respect to implementation of NEOM Projects Planning and Schedule, Progress Measurement Plans and ProceduresSupervises and responsible for Long Range and strategic Planning activities for NEOM Projects including Major commodity demand forecasting and Manpower requirements.Audits PMC compliance with NEOM Projects Planning and Scheduling Plans and ProceduresSupports the updates of NEOM Planning and Scheduling ProceduresSupports development of the Projects Level 0 and Level 1 Master and Milestone Summary Schedules based on PMC and NEOM management inputsAssists the NEOM Planning Director & Executive Project Directors in providing independent evaluation / recommendations of Contractor Baseline SchedulesParticipates and monitors the PMC Schedule Risk Analysis workshops and serves as primary reviewer of the PMC Quarterly Schedule Risk Analysis Report.Assist in P6 administrationProvides regional monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting data as requiredQualification & Requirements:10-15 years planning experience in totalProven track record of experience as a Senior / Lead Planner or similar roleHands on experience with various schedule management applications (primavera / project)Understanding of commodity quantity unit rate analysis with respect to planning and forecastingImplementation of Progress Measurement Systems for Engineering, Procurement, ConstructionExperience working in both an Owner's and PMC OrganizationExcellent communication skills with multiple levels of ManagementEnglish proficiency Advertising/Entertainment/Media
