The project Coordinator is a link between the Project Management Teams and various departments in the Head Office to expedite the processes and facilitate the timely completion of the projects. He shall follow up on the progress of projects with Area Managers and Project Managers and take measures to minimize/mitigate delays (if any). Responsibilities: • Communicate with Project Management Teams • Coordinate project-related issues with concerned departments and facilitate the process • Report incidents that may cause delays to the General Manager • Monitor and track the progress of projects against the agreed Baseline schedule. • Mitigate risks related to the execution of the projects and assist the Projects Team in achieving timely completion. Experience: - At least 10 years of experience in the Construction of Large Commercial / Mixed Use Development projects. - Experienced in preparing accurate reports to the ManagementAdditional Requirements: Qualifications: - Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree.- Familiar with Primavera P6 planning and Scheduling Software.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Well versed in Microsoft Office.- Strong communication in English and Arabic.
