Designation : Play Area ManagerSalary : AED 7000 per month plus Accommodation at ajmanWork Location : AJMANCandidate should available in UAE Job ProfileBackground:Sprinkles Toys and Entertainment, which forms part of Al Murad Group, will be launching a Trampoline Park and Arcade gaming centre that will be located at Al Murad Mall in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Sprinkles has an existing indoor soft play area and will also be opening an additional indoor soft play area. Our intention is to launch all the new facilities by February 2023. We are looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Manager to be responsible for the Sprinkles facilities (Trampoline Park, Arcade and Soft-play areas). The role of the Manager will be to ensure the smooth operations of the facilities, and this will include the direct supervision of all staff, delivery of customer service and guest experience, dealing with customer issues and maintaining the facilities in terms of health, safety as well as regular maintenance. The Manager also has to be responsible for generating sales and achieving targets by establishing pricing, promotion and other marketing strategies. Main Responsibilities:1. Responsible for opening and closing procedures;2. Ensuring all facilities are well maintained - clean, safe and prepped to receive guests;3. Greet guests and assist them with any issues;4. Maintain rules and regulations in a professional manner;5. Process payment transactions and ensure smooth journey for all customers;6. Maintain inventory and supplies;7. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports;8. Coordinate birthday parties and events;9. Work well with staff to ensure excellent customer experience;10. Work with social media team on delivering promotions and partnering with social media influencers;11. Lead promotional strategies to increase foot fall especially during non-peak timings;12. Collaborate with surrounding schools for school trip packages;13. Help gain awareness in the Ajman market and drive collaborative events and campaigns;14. Cross-sell our food and beverages from Sister company Café 4 and other merchandise;15. Responsible for achieving sales targets as budgeted by Leadership; and16. Responsible for appointing and training staff members. Minimum Requirements and Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field;2. 4-5 years of proven operational experience as a Family Entertainment Centre Manager or Supervisor;3. Flexible working longer hours if needed, hours include weekends and holidays;Computer proficiency, working with POS terminals, generating reports for data analysis; Admin/Secretarial/Front Office
